Welcome to the Woodstock Dog Club and beautiful Vermont!

The Vermont Scenic Circuit Dog Shows held in Tunbridge, Vermont by the Woodstock Dog Club and the Green Mountain Dog Club has long been an event that all of us look forward to every summer. The clubs hold the health and safety of members, judges, exhibitors, show staff, vendors and the residents of Tunbridge critical to the success of the shows. This year, we do not believe we can assure health and safety with the current information we have about COVID-19. For that reason, we are canceling the July 9-12 shows in Tunbridge.

We want to thank everyone for the support you have given in the past and we look forward to seeing you in beautiful Vermont in July. 2021.

Our club was founded in 1956 by dog owners who were training together and enjoyed “talking dog.” The founders of the Woodstock Dog Club hoped to further the advancement of all purebred dogs through education, public engagement, and personal practices of the club members. Today’s members carry on that goal.

The first Woodstock Dog Club AKC show was in 1958. This show in conjunction with our sister club, Green Mountain Dog Club, is one of the most anticipated summer events. Held in a river valley of the beautiful Green Mountains on the grounds of the Tunbridge World Fairgrounds, this show enjoys entries of 700-1000 from all over the Eastern Seaboard and Canada. Our emphasis is on contracting with good judges, maintaining an efficient, supportive and friendly atmosphere, and encouraging good sportsmanship among all participants.

See EVENTS for more detailed information about our upcoming July 2019 Dog Show Event or email us at info@woodstockdogclub.org.

We are proud members and supporters of the Vermont Federation of Dog Clubs, Inc., American Kennel Club and the Museum of the Dog.

We hope you enjoy and make good use of the information contained here!
